Sustaining a healthy diet while feeling full: help!

Hey y'all, I see a bunch of nutrition talk today and I think there must be something we are all taping in to because I am feeling the frustration too. I'm really struggling to feel full and eat well. Salad and a piece of fruit for lunch is bound to leave me wanting and usually ends with a horrible headache. I work a typical 9-5 job so any lunch I have I must bring from home, which limits what I can eat.

Breakfast I got. But lunch and dinner is where I really struggle to find filling meals that are ALSO healthy AND get me all the fruits/veggies I need. It's beyond frustrating. I just flat out don't want a salad for every meal, or even every day. I need some guidance here because I cannot go another day hungry.
