Getting back on the horse

Hi Everyone!

I completed two weeks of FB workouts in the morning before work. Last week we went camping and I had no internet so I took walks instead. This week I'm back home but having trouble motivating to get back on the program. I'm feeling lethargic and heavy and am really frustrated by how much work it's going to take to get healthy and in shape. I'm doing a great job eating wise, it's just the exercise that feels so hard. I'd appreciate any and all support. Thank you.
