Morning Workout - Mid Day Fatigue Help

Hey there,

I am trying to motivate myself to work out in the mornings before work instead of waiting until after. I have tried working out early before - the HIIT workouts feel harder and I struggle starting around 11:00am with my energy levels. I don’t wat to drink coffee - does anyone have any suggestions (1) for motivation to get out of bed to workout and (2) to push through the mid day fatigue? Any tips/tricks/suggestions would be greatly appreciated!
