Is it okay to do pilates when you're sore?

I did a total body HIIT workout (Tabata, actually) yesterday, and my whole body is a little sore. I had a 15 minute pilates (lower body and core) planned today, but was wondering if it's still okay to do it? I'm not majorly sore, just a little bit, and the pilates video is on the easier side. What do you think?
