It’s been a long time since I was consistent with working out and eating real food. I spent the last year finishing my BS in MLS. I knew when I started it was going to be a challenge to work full time and go to school full time and I unfortunately I let go of my workout routine. But today it’s time to get back on track. This is my second week of FBstrong and I am loving it! I am in for the long haul and decided to start by getting my workouts in m-f, drinking plenty of water and cooking at home. No more excuses for fast food. I really feel like by making these changes it will put me on the right path. I don’t want a quick fix or a fad diet so if I can’t make it at home I don’t need it. That’s going to be my only rule for myself at this time. Slow and steady wins the race!
I’m so happy to be able to focus on my health again!
