FB30 again...

So... I've started 5 times FB30 r3 last two months. Every time I stopped for a different reason ( stress, I was not eating healthy, tiredness, busy days...) And every time I promised I would have started It again, I would have eaten as clean as possible and have gone on but I failed. Today I started FB30 again and wanted It to Be different. So what could help me if not my community? Who has done this program ? What results did you have? I Need motivation. Thank you guys. #workoutcompleteforK&D
