Tips for busy senior students

Hi! So I just started being a senior 2 months ago and my life had a 180 degrees change. So many schoolworks to be done at home that I can’t even sleep for more than an hour on some days! Do you have any tips on how you guys workout despite being busy? How do you fit in a 30-40 minutes workout? I’ve been gaining weight for the past months from stress eating and lack of exercise. Been tumbling all over but I wanted to start all over again. Thanks in advance for the tips 💓
