It's been a crazy day, so I didn't think we'd get tacos made today, but we did it!
So they're pretty basic. We had hanging tenders to use up, so hubby ground them up with some bell pepper and onion; cooked and seasoned it with garlic and onion powder, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Topped with corn, avocado, black olives, white cheddar, and tomatoes (from our garden!); on corn tortillas, of course.
Now if you'll excuse me, I've got to go eat at least 6 of them.
