Wasn't Feeling It But Did It

Thursday was my day off. On Friday, I just wasn't feeling like doing a workout. With stress of going back to teaching, I was just not excited about doing a workout. I am excited to say that not only did I complete my workout on Friday but also my Saturday workout this morning. For those who are in a funk and just not feeling like doing a workout, you can do it! I am not going to let the stress of a new school year take over the progress I have made this summer. By the time I was a quarter into my workout on Friday, I was already feeling less stressed and better about making the choice to workout instead of taking another day off.
