Combining workouts

Hey, FB fam!

So, i missed my 4th day of the low impact program, because i had to travel for work. I didn't really want to miss a workout, so i decided to combine yesterday's and today's and do them as one. It wasn't too bad considering yesterday's was a lower body workout, and today's was a cardio kickboxing routine. I must say, i enjoyed the longer, combined routine.

My question is, have you guys ever done that? Combining days on a program? Is it safe, and/or healthy?

On a side note, does anyone else find Kelli's voice really soothing, or am i going crazy?
