This is one of our favorites- Tex-Mex Tacos with Cilantro-lime jasmine rice. I used to subscribe to Cooking Light Magazine, and got the recipe from there years ago! Ground beef, black beans, corn, garlic and onion, tomato sauce and chipotle chiles are all in the mix!
