Hi Everyone, I try not to obsess over the number on the scale, but in reality I'm about 10-12lbs overweight right now and I receive financial goals to stay within a certain weight gain. This is the FIRST year I haven't met that goal. I noticed after a couple weeks of starting to get back into working out, the number on the scale went UP a little. Has anyone else experienced this? I haven't increased my caloric intake and I eat pretty healthy, I just always feel like I put on a couple pounds before they start coming off. The weight gain is not related to my cycle and I weigh myself same time of the morning, right out of bed.
