Zucchini bread recipe

Hello all!

I thought I’d just stop in real quick and share the zucchini bread recipe from the post I shared recently. I offered to share the recipes if y’all wanted and a few of you said you did, so here’s the zucchini one!

Once again, we half the sugar in our recipes. Let me know if something doesn’t make sense on the card, and of course feel free to change things to your liking!

P.s. Sorry about the random white thing on top. Trying to cover the name of the lady who gave it to us. (Just for her privacy.😉)

Also, it’s a pretty thick batter so sometimes cooking it in shallower pan helps it not be too doughy if that makes sense. (And the cooking time may change, too.) It kinda depends on the consistency/thickness. Hope it works out, and you enjoy if you try it! 😊
