Loaded up with 45 pounds. Took a wider than shoulder width stance because that's just how my hips work best, got down parallel. 15 reps, 4 sets followed by Bulgarian split squats, Romanian single-leg deadlifts, and step ups. Next time I may throw in box jumps and really get that explosive element in.

Probably helped I was listening to the Yakuza 0 soundtrack. Game and its music are basically pure testosterone, heh.
