FB Low Impact Day 3

Man that tank top workout really did it. I know I'm going to feel it in the morning. Then headed out for a 30 min walk to end the evening. If anyone wants to share some tips I'd really appreciate it, but any time I go walking my shins always start to hurt really bad. I've tried stretching before and after and sometimes during but nothing I do seems to help. TIA and thank you to all the nice comments and support given on these posts it's very motivational.
