Quinoa bowl!

Prepped lunch on Sunday and this week's lunches are quinoa bowls! Delicious and filling!

What's in the bowl:

- quinoa and green lentils

- black beans

- heart of palm

- baked butternut squash

- power greens

- black olives

- salt & pepper with olive oil

- stir fried tofu

- avocado (added afterwards)

No need to heat up, take it out of the fridge and enjoy!
