Morning workouts

Hello, FB family!

Does anyone have any tips on working out in the mornings as soon as you wake up? I have to wake up by 7am if I want to make it to work on time. Factor in a work out, and i have to be up by 6, and gosh, it's soo hard!

I've been working out for a couple of weeks now, and don't want to lose the progress i've made just because i can't wake up.

Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys!
