Thanks, Fitness Blender!

I’ve been working out with Fitness Blender for 4 or 5 years. One of the reasons I workout is to be able to do the things I want, or need, to do around the house (I’m in my late 50s). Today my husband and I spent an hour shoveling wood chips into wheelbarrows, moving them down a hill to a pile and hauling the empty wheelbarrow back up for another load.

Thanks to Fitness blender workouts and regular walking, I got a good workout without killing my back or upper body. And I slipped in a “workout complete” at the end.

I even remembered to keep my lungs open!
