Starting to consistently workout, need help

I'm an 18-year-old guy, 6'2, 215 lbs. I'm pretty out of shape. But I finally am in the position to consistently workout and work on getting back in shape. I have access to a gym, and I plan on going there 4-5 days a week for 45-60 minutes. But I really don't have any experience in this realm and don't know where to begin as far as developing a routine. My end-goal is to lose some fat, mainly around the abdominal region while building muscle mass in the arms and core. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
