My meals today so far (except for dinner)

Those are my healthy meals today (all at work in the office):

- buckwheat crispy cakes, cappuccino with soy milk, vanilla yogurt with chocolate crunchy granola for Breakfast

- Brussels sprouts with cucumbers, green peas and carrots for Lunch.

Also, I had several snacks including rice cakes with peanut butter, coffee with soy milk, carrots and celery sticks.

It is unusual for me to eat so many carbs, I usually have around 30% of fat or protein. But I will add those up at dinner / supper 😁👍
