In just 24 minutes


This workout made me sweat so much, get out of breath and turn bright red, especially going down to the floor to do mountain climbers and plank jacks, I must have been glowing like the Ready Brek kid of yore.

It's an amazing workout, I didn't want to do an exercise that lasted for over half a hour or at all really so not only was it short, it felt like it made a difference. I recommend it if you have zero time or inclination.
