Help! I've badly bruised my toe and i can't do my normal workouts.
I've had to send my dog to stay with a friend because I can't walk her. I've been working out for 7 years, I've always had dogs and I am also a volunteer dog walker for elderly and disabled people so I haven't been this inactive for a very long time. Even when i'm sick the dogs still need walking so now not being able to do anything is driving me mad. It has only been 2 days and the doctor said it could be weeks. does anyone have any ideas for anything that I can do to burn off some energy without putting any weight on my toes? Are there any workouts on here that I could do sitting down?
