Injuries- no fun

I was forced to take a few days off because I had a bad crash on my mountain bike. I'm so grateful that these injuries aren't as bad as some I've witnessed as a mountain biker. No broken bones thankfully (can't believe I got away with that one).. but a bruised rib in my back, banged up abdominal wall, whiplash in my neck and a bruised/scraped elbow. I'm having to take muscle relaxers for stiffness which leave me feeling as dried up as a raisin :( I had such good rhythm going, I was bummed about having to take a few days off. Even now, I started back up again where I left off but I'm pushing through soreness. I hope taking a few days off to heal didn't restart the clock on my program.

Anyway, I am still so in love with these workout programs, and I got my hubby hooked also!
