Fell off the wagon

So the heatwave completely threw me off, and now I'm slowly gathering back my motivation to start again! I have a program planned for september, and now I want to start with some gentle workouts to get me going again. What are your fave workouts to get back into the game?

I've also noticed my knees were giving me some trouble before, but after the rest I gave them in the last month, they seem to have healed. I'm not sure what caused it, I was not overtraining...I'll make sure to be careful when I start up again.

I'm also sad to say I stopped paying much attention to my food - although I already try to cook fresh meals and I don't have a sweet tooth, so my weight didn't really suffer too much. But I still hope to get back on track with that as well!
