Should I left weight lifting

Hi everyone,

I m really obsessed nowadays because of my weight. I m gaining weight because I was eating 900 calories in a day and I decided to increase my calorie intake because of some health problems. I do 2-3 weight lifting and 2 cardio season in a week and consuming about 1200-1300 calories in a day. I gained 2 kg and all of them in my thighs. I 169 cm height and 61 kilos but my thighs really fatty and not toned. Also I have cellulites on my thighs. I had cardio before and eating little so I feel skinny but now I feel bad because I have some problem with my body image. Some person always ask me you are working out but you still have cellulite or fat :( I'm bad and worry. Is lifting causes gaining weight ????
