Weekly summary - it was a great week!

End of an accomplished week! Apart finishing fb abs r2, I managed to boost up my average daily steps to almost 10k together with more than 100% activity goal. 💪🏽

I have done 6 fitness blender workouts together with weekdays 30 min walking (divided in 15 minutes separate sessions) and a day with yoga with Adrienne.

Next week won't be that active as I go for holidays. But will try to keep up the good work as much as I can.
