Back Thighs Question

Hey guys!

First Question:

I have been making progress on my lean muscle building plan. I started to eat more protein, train harder and feeling stronger.

I noticed that the back of my thighs haven't made enough progress, i know it's a difficult muscle to focus but do you have any tricks?

Second question:

When you know you had a good workout? When it's burning during the exercise? The soreness the next day?
