'Running well' by Sam Murphy and Sarah Connors - it's about 10 years old but have plenty of useful information for begginers about shoes, form, types of trainings, injuries and how to build your training program. it does not include any training plans

'How to run' by Paula Radcliffe - begginer friendly, much less in depth than the 'Runnin well' but also very useful, contains ewxample training plans.

'Beginners luck guide foor non-runners - learn to run from scratch to an hour in 10 weeks' by George Anderson - lots of tips, quite in depth and contains training plan for beginners.

I hope that some of you will find it useful, if not then sorry for making mess on the forum ;)
