Week 1: Complete!

Woo! Just completed the first week of FB30!It's my first 8 week program and I am feeling motivated!

Now, I will just need to keep the motivation up through the dreaded 2nd week dip I typically experience. Relying on my workout accountabili-buddy (my boyfriend) to help get me through it!

I am going to submit weekly updates to help keep me on track; knowing I will have a weekly reflection will help me stay focused. I hope! Now I've just got keep my eating habits as healthy as my workout habits! :)
