HIIT, Strength, Abs and Pilates

I'm currently on FB flex and loving it! This is actually my 2nd round. I rested my upper body a bit for a week before re-starting it for August. I purchased it from the end of June as my gift to my self. I feel like my upper body needs to be stronger and needs more toning. But oh I miss HIIT and leg sore so much I always have to look for something in the scale of 4-5 especially on my days off work when I have more time and energy to indulge in squats, and dead lifts. So, there you go. Burn, baby, burn! 🔥 🔥 🔥
