Suggestion re: cross training

Hi Andrew, Kelli, Daniel!

I had an idea these days because I feel like I'd like to put on my running shoes again soon ... How about you provided a runner's specific cross training couch-to-five-k programme? Like, there already is a FB XT but I'd like to see it as a combination programme that actually tells you to go for a slow/fast/interval/hill run ...

I'll probably cook something up myself and mail it to you once I'm ready. But I'm not a professional so you'd need to check if it makes sense.
