What about my dinner?

How are you fbfamily!? Hope you have been having a great week!!

As some of you know, after a month of vacations, I started again this monday.

I have been doing mostly cardio: low impact cardio, some hiit with modifications when necessary and kickboxing. Tomorrow, I will start with some lower body strenght training with hiit, to incorporate weights again to my workouts little by little.

I started my healthy food eating too.

So this was my dinner today: baked chicken, boiled brocoli, avocado, and a little of hummus.

What do you guys think about my dinner? And what do you think about my "back to it" plan? Any advice?
