Feeling sluggish on rest days

Hey blenders, I just want to see if I'm alone in this. I've found that I feel best overall if I workout 4-5 days a week (I have a 5 month old and work weekends so I stay busy). I do it in the morning and I generally feel great through the day. I know I need rest days, but I just don't feel energetic at all if I skip my workout. Trouble is, I get burned out and exhausted if I try to work out 6 or 7 days a week. I've tried using stretching "workouts" on my rest days - they feel nice, but I'm still sluggish throughout the day.

Does anyone else suck at resting? 😛
