Total body combo

I'm doing fbblend, so that hiit was today and upperbody and abs are last weeks workouts. So this why I did mashup, cause my arms were so sore last week. 😁 Feeling much better on this week. But I have two more days left, don't know how I'm going to do them. I have cardio+ upperbody and last day lowerbody+ pilates. 🤔
