Back after a break 🙂

Hey everyone,

Not been on here in forever. I’ve been working out with FB for a few years and started this year great with a round of fbsweat in January - I honestly felt amazing. I used to love coming on this forum and reading everyone’s posts.

Then some stuff happened at work and my anxiety spiraled out of control, my workouts became really sporadic, I started drinking a bit too much and my diet was awful.

I’m feeling like I’m getting back on top of things now, I’m back from a 3 week holiday and haven’t worked out at all in 4 weeks.

Today’s my ‘restart’ day and I’ve decided to do a round of fb30 (today literally nearly killed me 😭😭😭) , I’ve been and bought some fresh healthy food and cleared out all the junk. I’m hoping that with this programme and taking more care of myself I can start to feel as good as I did at the beginning of the year.
