Abs....

I’ve never really focused on my abs too much before, simply because my core wasn’t very strong so I didn’t feel like I could do the workouts with good form. With a lot of practice and slow but good progress, I’ve recently started searching for good core workouts and I feel like I’m finally getting somewhere. I did an hours total body/core last night from one of Daniel and Kelli’s free 5 day programs - is it a good thing that my stomach is hurting today? I guess it’s just like after a lower body day and your glutes KILL? Checking I’m not doing anything wrong before I cause an injury! X
