Stress management advice/tips?

So, realize this might not fit in the purview of this board, but everyone is always so supportive and offers great advice!

I’m someone who definitely deals with stress/anxiety, and I’ve been working on coping methods/mindset change for years, but, despite my work, I remain petrified to fly. I’m leaving tomorrow night for Bali (I live in the US, Seattle, Washington). I’m absolutely beside myself with fear. If anyone has any tricks/insight into dealing with a fear of flying, I’d be eternally grateful to you.
