Bad day!

It's a bad day! My knees and back are aching badly. I guess it's because I upped lower body weights last week plus subzero temperature with 90% humidity. Also 1 day of active rest was not enough it seems. I dared not to try the scheduled 30 min strength training. Instead I did these two (scheduled + extra credit) HIIT in low impact. Had to add a long cool down to sooth my back. Bad start of 6th week of fbfit r2 😞 #workoutcomplete
