Lunch:

salad with lettuce, zucchini, tomato, millet, and buffalo cauliflower with a little ranch dressing - so tasty!

Snack:

#1 - berry yogurt with homemade granola

#2 - zucchini and bell pepper strips with cilantro jalapeno hummus

Dinner:

homemade sushi! california rolls and probably miso soup on the side
