Completed first rotation of this training plan.

Format of the program and the videos is great, simple informative and really warm (if that makes sense)

Have really enjoyed doing this program. It has been tough but my coordination is much better and I feel in control of my movements. Although I have not weighed myself I have moved one notch on my belt :) Below is my before and after fitness test. Disappointed with my press ups however my form was sooo much better and deeper. Couple of days rest then straight back in again.
