I can't seem to improve my back bows

Hi everyone,

I've been working out with FB for nearly two years now and I've grown rather addictive. The only thing is, in all this time I just can't seem to improve my back bows. I still keep on struggling with them. My legs lift up high enough, but I can't get my upper body as high in comparison. Even when I keep my hands by my head, I just can't lift enough.

Has anyone got any tips on how to improve?
