Hurray!

I am so glad that I am not only exercising and eating more nutritiously than before this lifestyle change, but also that I am listening to my body when it says “give me rest.” Yesterday was a scheduled rest day, though I still felt off today ... so I took an extra rest day 😴 Will start back tomorrow morning, full force 💪 So ready for HIIT (okay, I can’t say that with a straight face) 😁
