6 weeks pregnant with my second child, when did you start making modifications? And any tips/advice for me?

Hey there Blenders!

I’m six weeks pregnant with my second child. (I didn’t start working out with FB until I was cleared by my OB after delivering my first, about 2 years ago.) morning sickness has hit hard this week. But I finally got back to the grind today and felt good afterwards :)

I’m just wondering when you women who have been pregnant started making modifications? And what kind? Did you cut out jumping? Did you lie on your back for chest press or pull overs? Did you take it super easy in the third trimester?

I also practice yoga everyday as well.

Any advice or ideas would be lovely! Mostly I’m just planning on doing what I can until it doesn’t feel good anymore. Thanks in advance!
