Give it to me straight!

Hi,

So, I've been working out with FB consistently since January. It took me longer to work though my compulsive eating, but I'm proud to say that I'm eating mindfully with regularity as of June and following the 80/20 approach to eating thanks to some guidance from a nutritionist. However, it seems my body isn't getting results that quickly at all. It's very slow! Is that okay? I'm on my second round of FB Strong. Two weeks ago my nutritionist took my measurements and my small waist and bust were down a 1/2 inch each. Give me some perspective: am I on the right track? Is this pretty realistic? It seems some people get massive changes in a short time. I'm going to keep going because I love the workouts, but I'm just curious.
