Little question

Hello everybody !

I'm here to ask some questions about my personnal goal of weight/healthy living.

I started FB in january, since i've lost around 5,5 kg, but know i feel like my body will never lose the 4.5 that i want to lose. I'm already eating healthy (FB meal plan 1600 kcal, and now i'm trying 1400 kcal), i do workout around 5 times a week (between 30-45 min a day) with rest day.

Actually, i just don't know what to do to lose the last 4 kg.

I don't weight myself that often, maybe 1-2 a week.

I ask here what are your advices to continue to lose weight and feel more fit ? I still think that I have too much fat on me even if I lost 5 kg. Maybe should i consult a nutritionist ? Something else ? What kind of workout should i do ? All your odeas are welcome !

Don't judge me, i've always been scare of the scale, i already know that's not good but i tell myself on the 1st january that i will be 60 kg !

In addition, is that possible that body cannot lose more ?
