For those who use a fitness tracker and/or app to count steps- I am curious to know your step count.
I wear a polar a370 watch with a setting of level 3 (highest) daily activity level. Almost everyday (apart Sunday) I reach 100% goal of daily activity, sometimes even more. But I don't really reach 10k steps. Usually my average is around 7k-8k. I wonder if I should try to increase it.
P.S. I am always walking to nearby workplace which is total 2.5 km, taking always stairs instead of elevator, trying to incorporate 4-5 days of 40-45 min fb workouts.
