Week 3: Day 3 Check in// FB Fit Round 2

Hey everyone!

So I recently purchased Daniel and Kelli's FB Fit 8 week program after watching and completing their videos on YouTube for free the past 2 months. I definitely feel a difference with their program rather than trying to create one of my own routines with their free videos.

Is anyone else doing the 8 week program?? What week are you on so far? I just completed my Week 3, Day 3 workout and it honestly kicked my ass lol in 2 days i'll be completing their 1000 calorie workout so please, pray for me haha

BUT so far so good! I see my body getting more toned even with just 3 weeks, and I have lost 8 lbs already! Getting up to do the workout is the hardest part, but afterwards I feel so great! That and combined with meal prepping makes me feel like I have my life sorta together lol

Anyways, good luck to anyone else completing the program as well! Stay Strong FB fam :)
