How much do you lift

So I was wondering how heavy of a weight does everyone use while doing the strength training videos on here.

I completed FB Sweat and found myself wanting more strength training so I went onto FB Strong and I am about to be finished with it this friday. Im using 15lb dumbells for mostly everything (except lateral and ventral raises lol). For exercises that feel easy I do more reps than they do in the video. I am going to do the FB Strong program again but Im going to increase weights to 17.5lb.
