I’ve only started making my health and fitness a priority in the last year. I had 3 kiddos in 3 years (my youngest is now 10 months) and the baby weight stopped noticeably coming off when I stopped nursing (4 months ago). HOWEVER, I’ve been diligent with my workout and making strides in my nutrition, and a belt that wouldn’t touch end to end a few months ago now buckled on the THIRD hole! The scale number hasn’t much but there’s a huge difference in the shape and tone of my body. I’d call that a win ;) Happy Sunday everyone!
