HIIT vs Strength Training

Hey guys,

I have been wondering what do you think the best kind of training is? Do you prefer HIIT/cardio or strength training? Also why that & not the other?

I personally prefer strength training, but that's because I can't keep up with HIIT or any cardio for that matter lol

Let me know what you guys think. It would be great if we could see some photos of HIIT vs strength training body!
